Warehouse Associate på Sellpy

Sellpy’s vision is to empower everyone to live circularly. We see a tremendous financial, social and environmental value in making sure unused items are put to use again. We are looking for colleagues who share this vision, and who are ready to see their work contribute to a sustainable future in our warehouse in Rosersberg. As a Warehouse Associate, you will join a team within Sellpy’s operations department, called Outbound. You will become an expert in everything that happens once a customer has purchased an item – meaning picking and packing products. As a Warehouse Associate, you directly impact our customers’ shopping experience and help make sustainable shopping possible.

Your responsibilities include

• Picking customer orders
• Packing and shipping orders to our customers
• Placing photographed and sell-ready items on warehouse shelves
• Inventory and organizing warehouse shelves when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma (sv: gymnasieexamen) or equivalent, combined with previous work experience
• You share our values: brave, smart, resourceful & friendly
• Independence and ability to thrive with repetitive tasks you will become an expert in
• Comfortable with and enjoys physically demanding work tasks
• Goal-oriented mindset to reach both individual and team targets
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate fluently in English

Desirable qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience

Scope: Full-time 40h/week, weekdays 08:00–17:00 or 07:15–16:15

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probation period

Salary: According to collective agreement (Warehouse and E-commerce Agreement with Handels)
